Hello,I'm wondering if anyone has installed solar panels under the GSE scheme ("Gestore dei Servizi")As I recall, we were promised a regular payback of the capital cost of the solar panel insatllation, plus regular contributions based on the amount of excess electricity generated and fed back into the grid.Despite complying with every (bizarre) conditon of the scheme, payments have, at best, been sporadic, and well below the expected level, and totally unintelligable as to the basis of payment. Does anyone else have a similar problem and what chanels are available to remedy this clear breach of (yet another) agreeement by the Italian governmemt.I reckon the Italian government now owes me about €40k in payments but cannot get any traction as to where to get satisfaction....typical!Any clues?
