Wedding in October

HELP!!!!!!!My daughter is getting married in October and we would like a traditional group to play while the guests arrive and have a pre-dinner drink. We were thinking of a traditional group, ie. guitar, accordian. Also we need to transport 100 guests from Lucca to Manorolo ( 20 minutes outside Lucca ) for the reception. We have been quoted a horrendous price. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
