Apologies to all for all the e-mails coming your way - a setting was left on that meant that everyone received a notification for every single thing happening in the Help Group.

That setting has now be switched off (people need to opt in in order to manage subscriptions). In addition, I've removed all of you from receiving the notifications, so other that breathing a sigh of relief you don't need to do anything more right now.
