Transfer the house in Italy, does a

Transfer the house in Italy, does a wife of the owner need to sign anything? My husband recieved a house in Italy from his family during our marriage. The house is solely under his name. Now he wishes to tranfer the house to one of our daughter. Do I ,as a wife, has to sign any paper or need to give a concent?  I live oversea at the moment.
