We recently bought a house in Tuscany

We recently bought a house in Tuscany and as we plan to rent it, we would like to know the hourly rate of a cleaning lady to take care of the house and prepare it before the arrivals. We will also need someone to take care of the garden and are trying to find out the hourly rate. Thank you for your help!
