8588 Pescara Airport - pre-booking parking???

Does anyone know if it is possible to prebook parking at Pescara Airport? It works out very expensive for several weeks at €10 per day, as we can not see anywhere on the internet where there are discounts for long stays. Also any ideas about parking near the airport and getting the bus?

Is it not possible fpr someone to give you a lift to the airport?

Where abouts are you and how long are you going for? I know there are quite a few people who would be prepared to take you to the airport and fetch you when you get back. It would probably work out much cheaper than leaving your car for any length of time,

I went through a similar exercise a while ago, it was suggested to leave my car in the road outside the airport, haven't done that.
One of our neighbours takes and picks us up now.
Maybe you can do the same, come to some agreement :winki:
A taxi costs about E60 ew for us, approx 35 min from airport.

Amandola is quite a trek away from Pescara so it probably would be difficult to find someone to drive you all the way but...if you drove to someone who lives a reasonable distance from the airport and left your car with them and they gave you a lift to the airport that might be a solution.

So it might be worth asking if anyone living closeish to Pescara would be prepared to have your car parked on their drive for a couple of weeks and take you to and fetch you from the airport.
