8964 Ryanair Website Please Help Urgently

Hi anyone found this problem and better still a solution.
Having tried for 2 days to book online,
Firstly have they put up the baggage costs to £9.00 each way for 1 bag because the system keeps defaulting to this? yet thet are still quoting £6.00 each way for a checked in bag. having given in and paid the fee quoted filled in names etc agreed terms, I have a blank screen no further area to pay, tried this endless times and tried the help line no. 0905 566 0000 that auto tells me that the other person has hung up.

Its charging you for the bag £6 and £3 for checkin - £18 for a return flight I had to call them yesterday it took about 5 attempts before I got through. Keep trying if you need to check the booking has been made. I booked some may flights last week and never received the email confirmation - though I did have the number from the booking. Discovered that the booking had not processed properly even though it told me it had and I had to book again. Flights had gone up by a tenner too which was rather vexating.
Sigh. Good luck..

have you tried clicking the priority online checkin, and then clicking no baggage

Hi

I got the booking to accept, I would strongly suggest anyone using the new site to allow plenty of time with a double gin & tonic.
Guess the staff on the help line have hung themselves rather than hung up
Lin

Hi, glad you got sorted.
Think I'll have and gin n tonic to celebrate with you :laughs:.
Enjoy your holiday. hat part of Italy are you flying to?

Hi

We have at long last completed on our holiday home it has taken 8months.
So we are in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno it's peacefull, heaven.

The tilers have been taking up old tiles putting down new in the main living area, so guess we will arrive to dust everywhere. so mops in 1 hand and prosecco in the other, oops!! I sound like an alcoholic.
Also hope to include some retail therapy.

regards Lin
