Do you need a mount? water colours do and they need glass, or is it oil paintings? no glass required here. Bespoke frames can cost a lot but they are nice. I often see a print for sale in a nice frame, and if the right size I buy it and throw away the print of the little girl with the big tear and substitute my own masterpiece. In the UK charity shops are a rich source of picture frames but I have not seen one in Italy

Sorry, I mean I have a large Picasso exhibition poster that I bought in Habitat recently. So yes just a frame with glass or a plain acrylic mount.

If the item being framed has value to you then check if the materials are archival. The matt board etc may not be. The cost of getting the right board isn't that high and it can be reused. Different materials do tend to need different boards. From memory B&W silver prints are best with buffered acid free materials. While colour photos I want to say need unbuffered. Other things may have different needs.
Look for a shop that cuts to size. I think I've seen them at Brico but don't trust my memory. Any good frame shop will stock parts to cut to your size. OTOH Ikea's premade are a fairly good deal. 60x80 is what? 24inchx32?
