12365 Swimming Pool and Excavation Cost in Tuscany

All,

Appreciate the many threads on the subject but your help is sought again!! We have planning permissions for a pool but are far from happy regarding quotes that we have received thus far and appreciate advice regarding:

1) Recommended pool companies around [COLOR=black]Tuscany [/COLOR]or surroundings that you have used and would use again!
2) Reliable building or excavation companies that you can recommend
3) Where you have built a pool an idea of what your overall costs were (pool and excavation) versus what type of pool you had installed (size / type of lining etc). Ours is due to a 8x5 with Roman steps and Hydrazzo stone effect lining.

Not that i could afford one but if i could my various research over the last six years has come up with around 30,000 euro for one of decent enough proportions and on relatively accessible terrain..shas:eerr:

We don't know personally of anyone in the area, but a company called "Toscane Piscine", in Montecarlo (LU) advertises swimming pools from 16,400. Have a look at their webpage [url]www.toscanepiscine.net[/url]
It may be worth asking them for a quote just to compare prices.
Very difficult to ascertain costs without known technical specifications and ground conditions.

Thanks Gala. Will check out that company. Regarding technical specifications and designs we have all that information now so should be easier getting some quotes so we can see what a more realistic cost is. Hope sun is shining in Bagni di Lucca
