She may be dating George Clooney, but Elisabetta Canalis described working with PETA as “the best reason why I got naked in my life.”
The beautiful Italian model has filmed a new anti-fur campaign with the animal rights organization.
The photo shoot leaves very little to the imagination, as Canalis goes nude to support PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked than Wear Fur" ad campaign.
Her decision to take it all off for PETA stems from her early objection to fur. Canalis explained: "I was a kid, a little girl, and was watching TV at home and they showed a documentary. And in the documentary I saw how they killed little animals, like electrocuting them, drowning them, bludgeoning them. I was shocked because I was a little girl, but by that moment I thought that I would never, never, never wear fur in my life."
Best known internationally as George Clooney's lady, Canalis has landed many high-profile host gigs in Italy. Most recently, she was in the spotlight at the popular 2011 Sanremo Music Festival.
