Clotilde, Tosco esse, Effetto Moda, Overpull, Rinfreschi, Studio 7 and World Fashion Trading are all taking part in the clothing and accessories show being held at the International Fashion Showroom in Madrid from February 15 to 17.
This is one of the premier shows in the fashion industry.
A press release from the Prato Chamber of Commerce said: ''The area is called 'Prato Collezioni' and it will host a selection of little-known, emerging companies that are seeking contacts abroad.
''Their presence will be sponsored by visits from operators from the 'globalisation office'. The initiative was created for those business that for structural reasons (size, internal organization, third parties) are not able to develop international commercial contacts, which limits their ability to compete''.
The call for participants was carried out by the Chamber and a total of 30 companies responded.
Specialized consultants chose the firms most likely to succeed in the target market of the fair's clientele.
The winning companies also received style consultation.
