(ANSA) - Two Tuscan reds were included in this year's 'Top Ten' list of wines drawn up by the authoritative Wine Spectator magazine.

Coming in at number five on the list was a 2003 Oreno from the Setteponti vineyard, while Castello Banfi's Brunello di Montalcino Poggio all'Oro Reserva 1999 was ranked in eighth place.

"I am very pleased with this result, above all because it was achieved with our top of the line, which we are very proud of," Castello Banfi Director general Enrico Viglierchio.

Experts at The Wine Spectator judge the wiens on three criteria: quality, price and availability, together with an unofficial fourth factor often referred to as "excitement".
