I'm just trying to update my CV for the Italian market and thought I should maybe add in what the equivalent of my degree result would be in Italian. Does anyone know the equivalent for a UK 1st, 2(1), 2(2) etc? I've got as far as an arts degree being lingue e lettere but just not sure about the results.

hello Nicola, i italy the score is completly different you can't say that you got a 2(2) you normaly say in your cv Laureato in ***** or if you had a good score you say laureato con 110 e lode (this is the best mark you can get) i would say that if you had a 1st then say laureato con massimo dei voti or if you got a dfferent score, but you stll own a degree just say laureato. most of the times the experience is more important than the result :o)
