11856 What NOW?

Is this the right thread? I ask because it seems that use of the Circolo, that I though was not openly available was the place to post a certain class of thread! A load of stuff was shifted here last week by 'them up there'... so what's the current situation? I notice on the 'Dear Persphone' thread in The Circolo that Marc has deleted a number of posts, following self deletions by several other members yesterday evening. Some of the posts deleted this morning by the Moderator, are marked 'off topic' and others - mine included - offer no reason. See below...These decisions beg two questions: 1. What the topic of the 'Dear Persphone' thread. 2. Why have 3 (or is it 4) posts been deleted without an explanation or even a message, e-mail, PM or, at the very least, a good ticking off on the board I have in any way been discourteous to another member.. and If I have - [U]then show me where? But maybe 'that little red triangle' DOES RULE after all - when used by certain individuals!
