9681 Where do I send my direct debit mandate

Boring question I know. I've managed to fill in my Telecom Italia mandate but the fax no they give doesn't seem to work. I can't find anything on 187 (why does that not surprise me!)

Any suggestions v gratefully received

Look at their website. I think that perhaps it can all be done online?

Thanks Noble but already tried that. Apparently foreign credit cards are not accepted. I'll get one from my Italian bank on my next visit but otherwise direct debit is the only way....

If your bank has an on-line facility you should be able to set it up on there?
Otherwise take (or send) your form to your bank and perhaps they can send it on?
