9988 property costs

Hi folks looking at buying a 1 maybe 2 bed appt in either valledoria or stintino sardinia could you give me an idea of the yearly or monthly running costs please, it will be a holiday home initially maybe 4 - 6 weeks a year, i am assuming same as uk ie water,gas.elec council tax?

Depends. A summer home with a solar hotwater tank and say a propane tank for cooking cook be.

Propane 20 Euros?
Nothing for hotwater.
Electric? Depends on what you have running but not much.
I can't imagine the water bill would be very high.

OTOH you might have electric hotwater tank. Lots of electrical items running. Then your electric bill could be much higher.

We have a house in Villasimius(the south east of Sardinia) ICI for this year was £240 nice and cheap!
