As you get near, there are plenty of signs for 'Parcheggio - Sferisterio', just follow those and you won't go wrong - they take you to the via Pancalducci car park which is the one mentioned by Tennaval. There are other car parks with lifts to the centre (Giardini Diaz and Pza Garibaldi) but the walk would be longer and I do not know whether they extend the operating hours for the lifts.
Via Pancalducci is the road that comes up past the cemetry from Piediripa, there is a wellsigned turning to the right just after the cemetry that leads to the carpark.
