Humm my spam detector is silent but my ‘Oh God we need some bookings’ detector is whistling away nicely.
Times are hard and who can blame anyone for a little plug for their part of Italy?

I'm sure it was interesting Natasha, but our rules are no advertising; otherwise all your competitors would be advertising too.

well, there I go with my 10 reasons, in no particular order:
heritage
wine
fritto misto, agnolotti, chocolate
architecture
mountains
countryside
Torino
aperitivi
andare a spasso ( that's my daughters' favourite)
family and friends

Unfortunately ( or fortunately) I think that we could all come up with ten reasons to visit our part of Italy. Many would be the same. For example all these are here in Abruzzo too:
heritage
wine
fritto misto, agnolotti, chocolate
architecture
mountains
countryside
aperitivi
andare a spasso ( that's my daughters' favourite)
family and friends
and I could add
Beaches and the seaside
Skiing in the mountains
Castelli pottery
Arrosticini
Scripelle
National Parks
Wolves, bears, chamois
Alba Fucens
The Capestrano warrior
Castles
It will always be a problem for anyone involved in the tourist business, in whatever way, to big up their part of Italy without it appearing to be ‘advertising’.

The only thing I wanted is to bring some life into this part of the forum ...
But it's true that wherever you go in Italy, you'll always have a lot of things to come for.
We're all part of a magnificent country and maybe that's the main reason to come to any of the regions ... because we're all in Italy ...
Glad you are posting

Hi Natasha and welcome to the forum. It's great that you are here and we welcome you sharing your passion for Piemonte.
As Marc eluded to please do take a moment to review the forum rules in order to avoid responses such as the above.
