You will find this to be the most comprehensive list of events for the province covering sagre, music, feste, mostre, theater, and other events:smile:. You can not access this via the internet but will have to go to a local tourist office to obtain a copy:veryconfused:.

The summer copy covers the end of June until the end of September.

Yet to make it to AP...............I hear it's worth a visit, we have friends over at the end of the month.............where do I target for a wander and a light lunch?

You an easily spend a day wandering the centro storico and we are in the midst of La Quintana. Depending on the day of the week there is always an event going on in town during the summer, usually at night. For a light lunch there are a couple bars who serve cold food: pastas, panini, insalata, etc as well as some tavola calda.

Ascoli is an absolute must if you're in the area.
A couple of suggestions if you just want a quick lunch:
Migliori which is a delicatessen but also has a small restuarant in Piazza Arringo or Meletti in Piazza del Popolo which is a classy bar but also serves light dishes of salads or pasta.
Of course there are also lots of restaurants as well.
