Pilchard has just started a new group called "Recipes" which is public and open to everyone. I have just joined and I think that there are many excellent cooks amongst our members that could do the same. So, look under groups! It´s at the top of this page, just above "Italy Magazine Forums".:yes:

Oh no...I tend to read the Forum to divert me from eating at lunchtime....sorry but I can't join in as I am desperately trying to stay an English size 16 and that ain't so slim anyway!!!
