4005 Penne alla Vodka

I was in my local restaurant last week and I had Penne alla Vodka. It was amazing - has anyone got an authentic recpie as the Amercian one I got of the web was foul :( , and they all seemed to be quite similar....

Gnocchi with vodka, ragu and panna, served with rucolla (on top without cooking) is out of this world - recipe from Marche (Marotta) :)

ok, sorry for the delay. Also forgot to say about prawns - hope you like prawns!! Recipe:

Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped parsley and then gently fry some prawns (I suppose this could be optional). After a few minutes add half a glass (wine glass) of vodka. Then add your tomato sauce and cook for around 10 minutes. Add panna and finally fresh rucolla. It is important NOT to cook the rucolla otherwise it will give a sour taste.
