Would anyone have a recipe for stuffed vine leaves? The ones I had were stuffed with a gelatinous rice, and had a sharp flavour, but very very nice.
Here are some recipes with vine leaves:

Lotaresco.
That was fabulous; for some one who enjoys preparing good food - i am quite passionate (is that the right spelling) about italian cuisine/cooking. Since i joined this forum, its been great, but often I've found you to be very difficult - but each to their own, and we should all take time to reflect. Thankyou very much for those web addresses.
Take care

Hey at least you're not married to me. Then you would really have cause for complaint (I'm told).
The page below has a recipe for traditional Greek dolmades. Hope it's what you're looking for.
