10634 UK Sky changes

Yesterday, we lost access to all our sports and premier movie channels - we subscribe to UK Sky and have an english box here in Umbria. Our Sky Techno man told us that Sky yesterday made some changes including some 'uploading' (whatever that means). Today we have lost all channels.

Also when checking our signal on the menu in services Sky on our television there does not appear to be anything in the Network box, although we are receiving signal and quality shows as good. All extremely strange. Has anyone else experienced any similar problems?

Here in Germany everything is working fine, so far, but I can't check Italy until I go there.
Why would it be different in Italy as it's the same signal? :veryconfused:

Hi sorry for the late reply been away. However, still not getting Sky but have discovered it is a problem with our dish! Thanks anyway for the advice
