2156 Getting nervous

Ciao
It seems that the completion date for our house in the UK will be Jan 11th. We will have the keys to our Italian house in a couple of days but completion in March. We are thinking of going to Italy end of Jan/ begining of Feb, anyone got a tent and field for hire;)
Can you feel the sweat on my hands as I type this?
Seriously, we are looking forward to the move but cannot help feeling apprehensive, getting services sorted, will they accept us etc.
These feelings must have been felt by many of you that have made the jump and will be felt by many who are about to.
I better have another glass of vino rosso :D

Hi Dave

Did you fly into Rome on Thursday morning from Stansted? We followed a guy out who looked very familiar but who obviously didn't recognise me and after racking my brains I am sure I have seen a photo of said person on this forum!

If it was you thanks for the advice re road works. Luckily our sat nav worked for Rome to Pescara.

We also were flying out to complete on our purchase and have bought in Colledimezzo so please add to the list. We are not moving out completely worse luck but are really looking forward to our trips out there. I hope you find some temporary accommodation, I am sure there must be holiday lets that are empty during the winter either here or over there.

By the way we are from Monmouth so not so far from you here either!!
