Yes I have read and enjoyed the Italian supplement in the Times today and I am taking my family to Rome in february.
There was a review on the Hostaria i Clementini restaurant near the Colesseum on page 15, has anybody been or have details as I appears to be the place I would like visit.
Or if you have any other recommendations.
Looking forward to your reply.
Grazia:)

In gene4ral, bre careful near te Colosseum and other major attractions when eating, as many tourist traps are to be found.
I can reccomend La Taverna dei fori Imperali, just off the bottom end of Via Cavour, not too far from the Colosseum. Small family resto, good value. The specials are always worth considering. tel 06 679 86 43. Closed Tuesdays. Via Madonna dei Monti, 16. Well hidden. Bocca al lupo !

Thank you, Darling!! And when in Italy, what will it be? I can adjust rapidly with a cool glass of Prosecco on a hot summer's day, shaded by palm trees...........Oooooh!
I would love to get my hands on the Sunday times or the Sunday telegraph, anyone know of an outlet for either near Ostuni in Puglia??
