Hello everyone i will be moving to an area just outside rome shortly and i would appreciate any info you could give me on a few things.
Will my computer work and will i need to change providers? i use aol at the moment.
Will my sky work and do i need to bring my current dish with me?
What is the average cost of feeding two people and 3 dogs likely to be?
I am moving over to a job and house but my husband will need to find his own work,is there much call for an english speaking builder for garden and house maintenance?
If anyone could help me out with any of the above i would be most grateful
:) :) :)

Hi Showjumper,
Yes your computer will be fine, just change to an Italian plug when you get here. Oh and a power surger protection thing as there are a few power cuts from time to time.
We changed to tiscali as a provider. Can't help with the cost of living as we are a different area.
The Italians often feed their dogs pasta, you can buy it by the sack for dogs, we mix this with dry dog food/kibble or our own scraps, they seem to really like, especially with a little olive oil, oh, and perhaps a little ragu.....seriously though, with 3 dogs this will help cut the cost. I'm sure your husband will find work. Are you in the showjumping world? we are horsy people in Le Marche.
