32 Florence

Hi. I am looking for particularly nice/romantic spots in the beautiful city of Florence. Does anybody know of restaurants, bars, parts of town which suit the criteria? Help would be much appreciated.

You should try to visit Piazzale Michelangelo and also go up to Fiesole for some magnificent views of Florence. Day or night..it doesn't matter...you can't beat the timeless views of this magnificent city from these locations.

Florence has many fine restaurants worthy of a Romantic dinner. Let me have an idea of what are you looking for and I'll provide some names for you.

........take a stroll to Forte de Belvedere (a bit of a steep climb, but well worth it!); there are some stunning views and when we visited it only a few had braved the climb, so we had it almost to ourselves!

.....it's not only peaceful, but great for views over the Doumo & Ponte Vecchio.
