2206 Chiropractic and natural medicine

I am considering moving to italy and have a house in north tuscany.. near Villafranca.........I have 13 years experience of working as a chiropractor, nutritionist and in natural and enviromental (allergic) medicine. Does anyone think these skills would be needed by the expat community and also how do i go about working in the italian sector. i would be grateful for any advice. I would be prepared to travel to the right clininc for employment but probably no more than 2 hrs away which would be pisa/genoa.. but preferably i would like to be self employed so any idea what i have to do to do this. many thanks

1. there is a huge market for these services.
2. why bother with ex pats??!! when there are 60 million people out here who need chiropracticas?
3. Nobody would be other than self employed in such a business.
4. We have two in our area an indian with a swede both of whom studied in Bournmouth they seem to be worked off their feet (with local italians)so again forget the brits otherwise stay where you are, it's nothing to do with language but medicine...
5. Suggest you spend a bit of time/money coming to italy to some place you may want to be/live in ,speak to some local chiro's and take THEIR advice, only they could advise you adequately.
good luck.
