A direct taxation on capital gain on sales within five years it's new (well at least after the INVIM was abolished) and replace the indirect capital gain.
I wrote a little article to my newsletter about the new changes - I don’t have a copy up in my web site but I discovered someone did take it from my newsletter and put it up in the net.

Looked at you web site and found this

I thought this was the case anyway? :confused:
