I am just a new member and found out about the website through my mother Lola, I would like to speak to Linda or David about the work situation as I do not speak Italian and would love to relocate permenantly to Italy I hold the Italian Passport. My mum had said Trevignano Romano but I would consider any area near to. We went through Viterbo and would like to know what the crime was like as I have an 11 year old son and really looking for a better life for him. What is house prices like in this area? Is it big? We have relations in London and Wendy had said she had friends in Viterbo and they really liked it please could you help me as I would really appreciate this its such a big move but I am really looking forward making these changes.

Hi Alison, welcome to the board, the easiest way to "speak" to individual members is to find one of their postings, then, click their name at the beginning of the post, select "send private message" from the menu, send a message and await their reply.

A big welcome Alison. Came to live just outside Viterbo more than 2 yrs ago. Lovely area, so much to offer. The town has a medieval historic centre and is also geared up with supermarkets and all one needs for modern living. Will send private message.

A sizeable group of expats living in the northern Lazio & Rome area will be getting together for a day at the hot baths Terme dei Papi just outside Viterbo on Feb 8th . If its snowing or raining the date will be for the following Wed. 15th. Meet up from 11-12 noon at the piscina entrance for entrance at 8 euro instead of the regular 12 or 15 euro .
Terme dei Papi, Strada Bagni, Viterbo. Take the terme exit on the Orte-Roma superstrada. Come meet other expats, soak to your heart's content in the huge thermal pool and visit the therme complex.
