2818 Looking for Holiday Home

Ciao everyone!! Wow this was a great find what a relief to find people who want the same things as I do and have answers to questions and are experienced. I'm looking to buy a holiday home in either Abruzzo or Umbria regions. I'm finding the best prices are mainly in Abruzzo. Being in USA I would like to rent it most of the year, can anyone suggest a good all in one Realtor and Property manager to keep the property in good hands and productive. Are the properties on the rise or steady in this reigion? Any advice on this type of situation would be a great help. Thank you all, in advance. Looking forward to great relationships!!

I suggest you spend as much time as possible doing research on all the previous threads that have been discussing Abruzzo and Umbria. The real estate and properties section is an excellent place to start. Go to the uppermost dark green
stripe on the page, and click on the search button. Just about any topic you can imagine has been discussed, so just type in what might interest you.

Welcome to the forum! What a shame you are not looking a little closer to Roma, then we may personally well be able to help you. If you change your mind and decide to look in Northern Lazio just send us a pm. We live here and have had dealings with local estate agents and we ourselves do some property management.
