Hi

Just joined forums and was interested in Notaro section , even though I am aware of Italian property law I still get confused ....

I am selling my house and will post it on this forum , but if anyone is interetsed I will send them pics and details just PM me from this forum and I wills send you all info.

I live most of the year in ARNARA (where my house is), which is a very lovely , clean and friendly mountain village set in rural heartland and is just outside Frosinone in Lazio. With all main line rail links to North.. Roma and South... Napoli 15 minute drive away.

I would like to hear from anyone else who lives/ works in that area maybe meet up for a cafe and chat.

I drive the 30 minutes most days to Gaeta,

Hi, have you managed to sell your house yet?

If you are still in the area, it would be fun to meet up.

As I said we live in Itri, in Southern Lazio, a little town nestling in the foothills of the Aurunci Mountains and part of the Aurunci National Park.

We came here on holiday several years ago and fell in love with the area,
so we completely changed our lifestyle, sold up in the UK and came here to live permanently.

We absolutely love it here !!!

This area has beautiful mountain scenery but is close to a spectacular coastline, golden sandy beaches, and the seaside towns of GAETA / SPERLONGA / FORMIA / TERRACINA.

This region is so rich in natural beauty, history and culture.

It still hasn't really been discovered by international tourists, and except for August and sunny summer weekends, it is a peaceful place to come on holiday. Often the beaches are virtually deserted.
