How long do you need to be actually in Italy every year, i mean for how many actual days, to be qualified as ACTUALLY resident.......because i am considering taking up main residency in Italy......does anyone know?

You are considered a tax resident if you live in ITaly for 183 out of the year. If you want the tax breaks for utilities, etc., you need to apply for residency at the comune. This is not the same as getting your PdiS or CdiS.
