2443 My Agritourismo needs another mortgage!

Hi all, we need some specialist help. Myself and wife are the shareholders of a simple agricultural company which we formed when we bought a 8 hectare farm with farm house, pigsty, Hay barn and Barn in Umbria 2 years ago. We are about to receive a mortgage from Unicredit Banca for Euro 250k to help pay for the reconstruction of the house. It has taken 7 months to arrange. We need another Euro 250k mortgage to help pay for the development of our barn.
Can anyone tell me the criteria for lending on an agricultural building? How much can we expect to raise? The value of the Barn is negligible at the moment but we expend to spend about Euro 230k to transform it. We have the builders working on it at the moment, so we need some good advice quickly! We are expecting to receive planning permission soon. I estimate that we will have another Euro 400k equity in the land and buildings.
Any tips welcomed.

Have a mortgage for build or restore, rural homes or other rural bulding
to be use for residence it's easy , and the time it's about 30 days .

Have a Mortgage for Agricoltural use , if you do not have your's income from
Italy it's very difficult ; on this case i advise you of to go to " Regione
dell' Umbria - Agricoltura department offices " in Perugia .

The offices to be at BACIO place , near the Perugia's Fontivegge Station .
