She has posted twice today advising people to try the same agents website, without providing a link, I have PM'd her regarding trade advertising, but have not edited her posts, can we keep an eye on her, if she carries on, start deleting ???

Perfect way to deal with it methinks - sometimes people are well meaning but inexperienced on how to work on a forum, but if once shown the way they choose to ignore it, their posts should be deleted.
