10250 foglio visita

Hi an agent in Sardinia is saying we must sign a document called foglio visita after viewing properties with them, just checking is this standard procedure?

I remember signing similar documents when we were inspecting homes as prospective buyers.

I had to sign one too last week in the Lazio area when I was shown around a house for sale. The agent explained that it also served to record the kind of property we were interested in and allowed the agency to use the details I had given them,for the purposes of house viewing etc only, if I understood correctly.
