2316 manopello and area

Hi,

Am looking for property in Abruzzo ideally along the A25 or around lanciano. Was looking for tips of people to speak to. Ideally B+B in Manopello.

Going over soon (this weekend) and hoping to speak to locals to find out about houses available. have tried to contact some agents, alot of them have not bothered coming back to me.

Any hints tips would be appreciated.

Having bought in Manopello, I would not use an agent again- Just go to the local cafe and ask if anyone is selling a house- there will soon be people who want to sell to you. The owners of the restaurant in town are also selling a house in the middle of town. If the locals realise you are a foreigner then they will all come out of the woodwork to sell you something.
