Bloody hell.. another bargain!
Do the balconies have uva fragola hanging from them George? If so.. one for me.. and one for Aliena please. Trulli will probably have the other one.. if I can talk her outta buying that ruddy Igloo!;)
:) :)
Not at the moment, but they are south facing, so....and, there is plenty of room on the main one to grow em.

Ah yes - Barga - the self proclaimed 'most Scottish town in Italy' - even has an annual festa - Pesce e patate (yes that's right, fish'n'chips no deep fired Mars bars as far as I'm aware though).
If you can't understand what they're saying it's probably not your italian which isn't up top scratch - it's probabably broad Glaswegian.
We have a tiny plot of land - 28 sq m - for sale within the historic centre of Barga. It would provide accommodation on three floors giving 1 or 2 bedrooms. It would be ideal for a couple.
We bought this plot in 2004 originally with the intention of building a house but then we saw and bought another property.
We can supply photos and plan ideas for development of the plot.
Price 25,000 euros
This is interesting considering all that has been stated by Yorkshire Lass in this Forum on the subject if profiteering and moral duty. I believe this property was bought for a very low figure of about 10000 euros in 2004 and it is now being sold on for a mark up of 250 percent? Please Yorkshire Lass, advertise this property like everyone else in the magazine proper.
Peter
Do you have any in blue? Is a price hike guaranteed? If it isn't.. Aliena ain't buying.. unless they come in yellow, have a garden of 3.5 square metres, 4000 cachi trees and a motozappe!
:) :)
The white will turn yellow in time, also, only to Aliena, can offer a couple of hectares nearby with one cachi tree, and a few nice ones ohh, and the grapes that taste like strawberries too, but, the outside dogs (the thugs) eat most of them...
George.. is that your car? Is it for sale? Regarding the house.. rich neighbours could be a problem. Tell me more.. tell me more.. does the Chief of Police live in the vicinity?
Peter..
De-stress.. there are many ways to skin a skunk.. you just have to know what they smell like!
Not filthy enough for my car, Police, well, Carabinieri station four kilometres away, can't be any rich neighbours, none of them earn enough to send in tax returns apparently ;) ;) there is an aviary and an art gallery within walking distance...
Ohhh, and, leave Peter alone you devil woman, he's only a semi interested passer by who posted a while ago in defence of some people who may, or may not be estate agents who may or may not do a good job, and, with whom he is in no way related, so, there, OK...

The interesting thing is that you should be privy to details of a private deal. Only a limited few would know that Yorkshirelass bought this property at X price in 2004. Since you declared to me by PM under my previous thread 'Dubious Agent' that you were writing then on behalf of the 'agent' in respect of our other property, the details of our Barga deal must have come from that agent.
Details which are confidential and obviously have not been treated so. This does throw some worry on other clients affairs. However, if you check your records, sorry if your agent friend checks their records, they'll see that 10,000 was not the price that we paid. Perhaps that is what the seller asked in which case that would evidence yet another mark up. As has been discussed much on this forum, for a non agent, that is illegal. However, as private owners, we may take into account market movements over two years. Thus at 25,000 euros it is for sale at a realistic open market price. We will place it with an agent (a proper one) and if you're any good and know your competition you'll see it soon. Otherwise maybe painting pictures is more your thing!
Devil woman indeed! Did you know Cliff was the one interested in buying or that my sisters name is Cruella? ;)
Go on George.. admit it.. you just want Aliena as a neighbour, so she can take your pups for a walk don't ya? Can I bring mia sorella? Anyway, if Peter is only semi interested.. he will only semi read the threads.
:) :)
How'd you find out about Harry being interested ???. Hey you wouldn't even have to walk the puppies, although slow roasting would be good for them me thinks, anyway, I am surprised more people have not flocked for details of the house, the vendor will be devastated...
Sounds like an advert to me, must think about mentioning the five bed, three balcony house in Massa Fermana one of these days, fine condition and only 80k. pounds.....
