Hello Puglia people
Another novice buyer here! My name is Tracey and my boyfriend is called James. We're very close to making an offer on a lovely trulli with modern house just off the Ceglie/Martina Franca road. We're keen to get a Geometra's report before we commit any money to the house, and I wondered if you could recommend anyone? It would be great if they could speak English as our beginners' Italian isn't really upto scratch on building terminology. If not I am sure our estate agent would help us get it translated, but I am not sure if this would be a conflict of interests!
Any tips/advice glady received and please add us to your list of red-wine drinking locals!
