For all who are interested in buying a property in Marche, or to be more exact southern Marche, check out the area around Acquasanta Terme, great views and the house prices are half of what they are in other areas of Marche, you can still pick up a house needing attention for less than €60,000, whereas restored properties are going for around €1000 - €1500/mq, the area has good connections to airports, including Roma, and although in the mountains is only 35 mins from the coast. With prices in other areas becoming restrictive, it is worth a look, you may need to go it alone, or via websites, as estate agents are few and far between, but you could save yourselves 1000's, what more could you ask!!??:winki:
