Yes I had just looked at the BBC website prior to reading your post. TBC though alongside details of this match but oh no of course not alongside the English ones!!! However it wouldn't make sense if it wasn't shown at this stage!!!.

It now says:
Friday 30th June
Italy v Ukraine (quarter-final, 2000 BST)
Live on BBC One
Live commentary on Radio Five Live
Live video and audio commentary on BBC website (UK broadband users only), plus live text updates
Highlights of both games on Match of the Day, BBC One at 2335 BST, repeated 0145 BST
Unfortunately I've told Dawn we won't be able to watch it on BBC as we are on holiday, and it probably won't be on in the Monte Vidon Combatte area :D :D :D

Cheers Dave!!! I'm not a soccar fan either but hey this is the World Cup!!!
Looks like it will be on the BBC:

Programme starting time to be confirmed.
In the UK it will definitely be on UKG2 who have been showing all world cup matches. They showed same time games on UK TV People. The guy from SKY's all sports Friday evening prgramme has been doing the presenting, it's a great alternative to the usual tripe on BBC/ITV and also means no John Motson, or Jon Champion, or David pleat, or Mark Lawrenson, or any other awful mainstream commentator with their jinogistic commentary to put up with either.
