10067 Sardinia advice

Ciao a tutti,

we're going to fly to alghero for a week in mid september, looking for a self catering place we're hiring a car so mileage not a problem...just wanted some tips for either a residenza or another type of self catering.

Just for fun, here is today's 'shock horror' story about a holidaymaker travelling to Sardegna on a ferry, who woke up 'covered from head to foot with fleas' - and that was in First Class.

Don't take it too seriously - I have picked the most sensationalist coverage I could find :bigergrin: and so far there haven't been any flea reports on aeroplanes.
