11663 Luton - Ciampino not back on Ryanair yet!

Boh!

I notice that my preferred route, Luton - Ciampino, has not yet made a reappearance back on the schedules. Strange as it was always busy!

If anybody spots it please post so I can make some reservations, :yes:

Of course, no answer is forthcoming to my emails to Ryanair.....................

Yes I was following that. It prompted me to go & look again for LTN - CIA. Nothing shows. It is not even on the drop-down lists anymore!

Perhaps they have made a better arrangement with the Mafia? Ryanair Luton to Trapani but we're watching too, so promise to flag you.

according to national press here ALL flights to Ciampino will end.the plan is to return Ciampino to it's original status as a military airport and for "state " flights ( see president/pope etc) the low cost flights will eventually have a new home at Viterbo airport (which is still to finish building as far as i know) this is decidedly inconvenient for people who want to go to Roma or further south from Roma because Viterbo is over 100km journey from Roma (unless something else is built/improved) the impression that it's all a political manouvre to help the new alitalia maintain its extorsionate tariffs.apart from the rights/wrongs of all this over 500 jobs are now at stake at ciampino airport because of this and worst there is still no sure calendar to events.

Well why has Ciampino just been refurbished then if there are plans to close it for domestic flights?? Bizarre
