Got Married last year in Italy, have just realised my wedding certificate that I brought home is not the original. I note I need to contact the "Ufficio della Stato civile" to obtain one - how do I find the address ???? got married in Bardi, Province of parma.

Why don't you try to contact your nearest Italian Consulate? They may be able to request it for you.
