Yes, it was Enel who told us this on a "live chat" conversation; however, we have been unable to find the form or further info on this.  Just thought someone might know... 

As you have an eviction notice I thought you would be closing the ENEL account - no account - no payment of any tv licence? If they are saying you can't close your ENEL account until you have a form for the TV that's stupid of them and just a delaying ploy... Have a look here on RAI for the form - good luck!
