Car insurance

New to Italy and just bought a new car. Insurance bill is horrific as the particular company won't recognise no claims from Sheila's Wheels although S Wheels are owned by esure via the Bank of Scotland - hardly an unknown bank! Does anyone know an insurance company that will accept this - I have a letter from SW stating 9 years no claims. Any help will be so useful and could halve my insurance premium!Thanks
