Ciao tutti, we recently purchased

Ciao tutti, we recently purchased a land in Bordighera, we've got water connection and I'm now trying to eastablish electricity connection. I received quote from Servizi Elettrico Nazionale, with request of bulding a post for the connection. I found it from online, but where we ned to install it, not sure? Servizi Elettrico Nazionale told me that I need to contact with my local electrical providing company, who, what, where are they? :)Preferrably we would intall it on our own (to save costs, as we're your couple, with no budget really), so wouldn't need an electrician, but more like a guidance.Grazie!
