Construction Workers From Abroad In Puglia? Legally. as in the topic: I have an opportunity to hire construction workers from outside Italy (but still EU) to do some of the finishing works and reduce the costs. In theory there is freedom of worker's movement in EU, but knowing how many restrictions there are in Puglia, would it be possible? Anyone with such experience?

What does your director of works, and health and safety say? He must insure them, and make sure they abide by the law.

Just make a good contract (preferably with a good layer) and get the workers to sign it.
