Dog Kennels

A couple of years ago I found a great kennels in L'Aquila, and have been using them ever since. This year, after taking our booking for January 2012, they say that they have to close for a family wedding in Mexico.So, I am now forced to find an alternative. Does anyone know of a good kennels in Abruzzo or Lazio (as we are travelling from Rome), it needs to be a professional outfit, there are plenty that I wouldn't use. The other option is house sitters, has anyone done this?I hope there's someone who can help! Thanks in anticipation
