Gazoil tanks - next life?

Any suggestions for the disposal or reuse of 2 large (approx. 1000L) gazoil tanks?  They are no longer needed and I am  reluctant to send them to what I assume will be landfill through the local collection service.  They are in good condition and surely have some value to someone.
